Due to the natural of the products Permanent dread lock extensions are NOT returnable or exchangeable so please make sure what you order is what you want, If you need assistance in what to order, please do not hesitate in contacting us directly so that we may assist you .

Lost /Stolen /Return to sender packages

TRU-LocSYSTEM is NOT responsible for packages once they have been transferred to a shipping courier. We provide you with tracking information and require a signature to minimize risk with your package loss or theft.We do not take responsibility for lost , misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Reasons for delivery issues

  • An address is invalid or missing information.ex. apartment/suite #
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package because no one can sign.

 

Delayed Package

  • Contact the shipping courier with the provided tracking information and ask them to do a package search. 

Lost Package

  • Contact the shipping courier with the provided tracking information so that they can do a package search and/or file a claim if need be.
  • We provide shipping insurance that we recommend all customers to purchase in the event that a package is lost during transit
  • TRU-LocSYSTEM is NOT liable for lost packages once its with the courier.

Returned to Sender Package

  • You will be responsible for all new shipping fees associated with the re sending of your package
  • Returned packages must first be received by TRU-Loc-SYSTEM prior to us re sending your package.
  • Packages that have been returned to sender and are no longer wanted , will not be refunded but issued as a store credit,you will be responsible for shipping and handling cost.
